The time set aside for your appointment is intended for you and your services that were booked, in turn this is a small business that relies on the income of booked appointments. Without sufficient notice it is very hard to fill canceled appointments and make up the income that is lost when the time has been set aside specifically for you. Enalca Aesthetics charges a 50% cancelation fee for no-shows or appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. Cancelations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment can be managed online by the client. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee and must re-book their appointment due to the fact that there may not be enough time to complete the service before the next client's appointment. Cancelation fees are automatically charged by the booking software. Appointments that are rescheduled more than once will be subject to a $50 deposit. If local schools are canceled due to bad weather, or there is an issued severe weather warning, appointments may be rescheduled by Enalca Aesthetics for the safety of all. If an appointment is rescheduled in the event of service provider illness, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience at a discount, if you do not wish to reschedule your appointment it will be canceled at no penalty.
